Your main tasks

  • Design, conduct, and review critical-path discovery research/IND enabling to validate
    targets, elucidate mechanism of action and optimize the activity of the therapeutic
    agents.
  • Oversee molecular biology, biochemical and cell biology-based assays
  • Supervise and manage interactions with external collaborators (CRO’s and academic
    partners) to timely meet company milestones
  • Manage and supervise research activities of a TA
  • Report data and generate presentation materials. Present at internal and external
    meetings, and to provide materials/slides for other scientists at project or company
    level

Your qualifications

  • PhD degree in cancer biology, molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry
  • Minimum 12 years of research experience with a strong background cancer biology and
    cancer therapeutics is a must, experience with Nanoparticle drug delivery is a plus
  • Vast experience (5 years) in cancer drug development, immuno oncology, cell signaling,
    and with in vivo models of human cancer is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience in industrial settings
  • Hands-on lab experience with a broad range of techniques, including cell biology and
    molecular techniques (e.g., Western blotting, qPCR, cell killing assays, immune cell
    assays, ELISA, FACS)
