Your main tasks

  • Design workflow, procedures, and experiments to generate high quality, decision driving data in cellular assays to enable the progression of the oncology pipeline
  • Following SOPs to set up and run bioassays for screening and potency measurements (cytotoxicity assays, ELISA, Western Blot, and FACS).
  • Characterization and optimization of cell-based and biochemical assays
  • Perform routine tasks competently and independently and generate reliable and consistent results, including cell line maintenance and propagation
  • Being capable of planning out a work schedule yet remaining flexible to changing priorities
  • Maintenance of records concerning experimental planning, data, and analysis in an electronic laboratory notebook
  • Presentation and discussion of data generated
  • Assist in writing and/or revising SOPs and other tasks as needed

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in biology or related topics or a lab technician degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an equivalent position is mandatory, at least two years within industry
  • Strong expertise in cell-based and biochemical assays, including cytotoxicity and proliferation assays
  • Expertise in cell culture techniques, media, and reagents preparation
  • Proficiency in MS Office package and data analysis in Excel and GraphPad prism
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
